- OR, Resource Contribution: Provide infrastructure, tools, or platforms beneficial to VCC projects. .
o Upon agreement, the member may elect to provide an Alternative Contribution in lieu of standard compensation. The member may elect to contribute to the Virtual Creation Core (VCC) by providing access to infrastructure, tools, or platforms that support and facilitate the execution of VCC projects. The valuation of such in-kind contributions shall be subject to approval by the VCC Committee and, once approved, shall be credited against the member's subscription fee for the subsequent fiscal year.
